Why we are inviting customers to test UBoo
Internal testing cannot cover every device, usage pattern, and operating environment. Customer testing helps us find problems that have not appeared in our own tests and understand which parts of the experience still need improvement.
We will use your feedback to fix defects, improve instructions and operating steps, and decide which problems to address first.
Free access during the private beta
Once approved, you can use every feature available in the UBoo beta environment. Features may be added, adjusted, or removed while testing continues.
Before you apply
The private beta may contain defects, incomplete behavior, incorrect results, performance problems, or temporary interruptions. Do not use it for important work that requires stable service.
We may clear accounts, settings, content, activity history, or other test data during testing or when the private beta ends. Cleared data may not be recoverable or transferred to the future production environment, so do not keep the only copy of important information in UBoo beta.
Free access applies only to the private beta. We will announce future availability and pricing separately.
Who should apply
Apply if you want to try UBoo early, can accept occasional defects, interruptions, feature changes, or data resets, and are willing to report problems. If you need guaranteed availability or permanent data retention, please wait for the general release.
How to report a problem
If you encounter any problem while using UBoo, email the Mem U AI support team. We will read and reply to every message. When possible, include when the issue occurred, the page or step involved, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot that contains no sensitive information.
How to apply
Sign in with your Mem U AI account, review the beta conditions in the Store, and submit your application. Capacity is limited. We will notify approved participants by email.
